Last month I had the pleasure of providing wedding venue décor for a lovely couple at a hotel in Warwick. The theme for the wedding décor was classic vintage style and the colour scheme was baby pink. I meet the bride at a wedding fair I had attended at the beginning of 2017, where I had displayed glass a candle stick centrepiece. The bride really liked the style of the centrepiece and after booking with me I was able to source the candle sticks in a more ‘vintage’ style to accommodate the theme of the wedding.
For the chairs the couple wanted to use lace and decided to go for white lace and white chair covers with a pink rose inserted into each bow to tie in with the colour scheme of the wedding. This style looked particularly effective in the ceremony room where all the chairs were lined together, and the pattern of the chairs really stood out.
The centrepieces were placed onto a mirror plate and surrounded by baby pink rose petals. I also provided satin pink table runners with a lace over lay to match the chair décor, which was very effective when all put together. I also provided a post box for the wedding room. They opted for the smaller post box which was personalised with the bride and grooms name and the wedding date and surrounded by baby pink rose petals to match the wedding breakfast tables.
Lastly, I provided my beautiful star lit back drop for the wedding breakfast room. This was placed behind the round table the bride and groom sat at and made a lovely back drop for them to be photographed in front of. On the evening the back drop is very effective when the room lights are dimmed as the backdrop lights can been seen much more clearly and make a beautiful background for the first dance.
