30% of the cost of your overall package fee is required to secure your date. Your deposit is non-refundable
£100 security deposit is required for the hire of the sweet cart, LOVE letters and rustic bar, and £50 security deposit is required for the hire of the Postbox and ladders. The security deposit will be included in your final balance and will be fully refunded within 7 working days upon satisfactory collection of the items
The final balance is due 6 weeks before the date of your event
If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
Within 8 weeks of the event – 50% of total balance Within 6 weeks of the event – 100% of the total balance
For services provided within a 15mile radius of B32 Birmingham travel fees are included in the hire cost. For events outside this area, there is an additional travel fee of 50p per mile.
